I know it's been awhile since I've posted. I had alot of stuff going on with school and stuff and my grandmother (my mom's mom) recently passing away. We were VERY close, she used to come over everyday after work and swim with me and mom. It just seems surreal, like it's a bad dream and then I'll wake up. But, I just have to keep moving on cuz I know that's what she would've wanted.

On a better note, I got my grades back from my Spring '04 semester at Delta. All B's!!!!!!!!! *dancies* For my Spring semester I took: Introduction to Statistics, Developmental Psychology, Adolescent Psychology, and American History II. I was sweatin a few of my classes, but I'm glad everything turned out good =D Now, I'm going 2 semesters in the summer, the 2nd one and the last one, both which last 5 weeks a piece. The 2nd summer session, which starts on June 1st and goes thru July 2nd, I'm taking Introduction to Sociology and Introduction to Business, my Intro to Business starts at 8:00 and goes to 9:45 and my Sociology starts at 10:00 and goes to 11:45.

Then my 3rd summer session starts on July 6th and goes to August 2nd and then I'm taking Speech and Algebra. I forgot which class I take first but I know it starts like at 10:00 and I'm thru with class by like 1:45 or 2:00. So, at least I get to sleep a little late *dancies* When I get out of school on August 2nd, I'm going down to Shay's on August 8th *dancies* I can't wait to see her, I haven't seen her in 20 zillion years =D I know we'll end up stayin up till like 5 am laughin and talkin, like we always do. Lol, Shay----WORD ASS!!! I also will have another journal, which Shay is making me the layout as soon as she hooks her new comp up and stuff. School started today and it actually went pretty well. I don't like my History 202 teacher, but I'd rather put up with him 2 days a week than go Mon, Wed, and Friday for the teacher I do like, so maybe it won't be so bad *crosses fingers* He already assigned us the first chapter to read for Thursday when most people haven't even gotten all of their books yet, ugh. And, he acts all cocky and stuff. Other than that, today went good. I went to my Developmental Psych class and the teacher was out and she won't be back Thursday either, so that means I get to leave at 12:15 instead of having to wait to go to her class at 2:00 and then getting out at 3:30. I have back to back classes from 8:00 to 12:15 and then I have a break from 12:15 to 2:00, so that's good. This will be the first time I've had this teacher that teaches Developmental Psych, I heard she's tough, but I think it will be ok. I saw Keely at the bookstore there and she helped me get my History book, I was supposed to go to her house when we got home from Vicksburg today, but it was too late, so I'll just go by there tomorrow after she gets home from school.

I was lookin at the weather channel's website(that Bob showed me, thanks sweetie =D) and it said that there will be snow on next Wed and Thursday and it's like a 40% chance, I sooo hope they cancel school on that Thursday. It's supposed to be 27 Wednesday night, so more than likely it will stick. *dancies* People usually freak out down here when it comes to snow. They will close the roads and stuff if they even think it will snow. The last time we had snow was about 4 or 5 years ago and even then, it was only about an inch or so, maybe 2. So I realllly hope it does snow, I like to try and catch the snowflakes on my tongue, although, I end up having more land on me than I actually catch.

I'll stop rambling now, since I've almost wrote a book. I'll post more later =D

Shayshay when I read your journal and I read that you said that I was MIA, I thought at first you meant like the name Mia, and I was like *wth?* Then I realized that you meant Missing In Action--lmao. I'm here, I've just been tryin to get stuff ready for school since it starts Tuesday. Ugh. I've been sick too and I went to the doctor the other day and had to get 2 shots plus some oral antibiotics, as if I don't take enough meds as it is. Newayz, I'll post more latah!!!

Me and Shayshay stayed up till like 5 am talkin and laughin about Jason and his inner ghettoness--lmao. JASON DAFRAZ!!!! roflmao. Then Shay was like *I have to pee!* and so we got to talkin about somethin else and it was like 2 hours later and she's all *ok I'm gonna go pee now*--lmao. Then she was like *I'm toore, instead of typin tired, she typed toore*--roflmao. Finally we got off and she went to pee and I went to bed--lol. I didn't get on Shayshay, cuz I was sleepin in--lmao. Shay, I was still a friend to you eventhough I thought you were lying. It's over and done with and we were still friends when it was over with. Now, I don't know why you think I'm not your friend. We still talked to each other after everything was said and done. As for you having to always IM me, it shouldn't matter who IM's who. Most of the time, mom would be on the comp, eventhough my AIM would be signed on. Or, my AIM would be minimized and I would be online doing other things and wouldn't noticed who signed on, until they IM'd me. I didn't talk very much, cuz I always thought that you were busy talking to your other friends or doing something to your website and I didn't want to interrupt you. I wouldn't just disregard you as a friend, or any of my friends for that matter, such as wiping them off my buddy lists without talking to them first about it. I don't like that fact that you didn't even talk to me before you posted something like that. I had to read about it on your LJ before I even knew anything about it, you never told me that you felt that way and then all of a sudden BAM, I read about it on your LJ. I'm still your "best friend only bester" and we have had some great times together and I hope to have many more. I'm going to stick by you through thick and thin. I'll always be here for you. I love you.

Woohoo!!! LSU beat OU 21-14. *dancies* I'm so happy =D !!!!!!! I can't believe they won the Sugar Bowl =D =D Alot of people want to see LSU play USC, I wouldn't mind seeing that, but I know LSU wouldn't have any problem beating USC if they beat the #1 team in the nation. LSU was #2 going into the Championship and now they're #1!! w00t w00t!! OU did put up a good game though. Newayz, GEAUX TIGERS!!!!

The Sugar Bowl is almost an hour away and I'm like MUCHO excited!!!! *dancies* I soooo hope LSU beats OU =D Mom read last night that the predictions are that OU are supposed to beat LSU by 6. Yeah right *boos OU*. But I can't boo them too much cuz they're Oklahoma and you know Hanson is from Tulsa *eee Hanson* =D But I'm still gonna have to pull for LSU. GEAUX TIGERS!!!!!

It's now 2004, woohoo!! I can't believe I've been out of school 5 years already, it doesn't seem like that long. I hope everybody has a safe and fun New Year's. As for my resolutions: (1) Make better grades in school (2) Lose weight. That's all I have planned for this year, and I hope to accomplish both of them. Mom showed me this that she got in her e-mail from the krewe she is in, in Baton Rouge. It is about none other than LSU =D

'Twas the night before the Sugar Bowl, when all through the dorm

The helmets were hung in the lockers with care

In hopes that ST. NICK would be up to the dare.

The players were sprawled in their big comfy beds,

While visions of game rings danced in their heads.

When out on the field there arose such a clatter

They ran to the stadium to see what was the matter.

Away to the team room they flew like a flash

Tore through the players gate and up to the hash.

The glow of the game lights on the freshly mowed field

Gave them a feeling that this was surreal.

When, what to their wondering eyes should they see

But St. Nick, mid-field, on bended knee.

With his head bowed, in prayer and in thought,

St. Nick called upon the Tigers who had previously fought.

More rapid than passes, those Tigers, they came.

And Nick cried and shouted and called them by name.

I got my grades in. Here's what I made: Academic Seminar: A, American Literature: C, American History 1: C, Algebra: D. I'm gonna have to take algebra again, cuz the D won't transfer, it has to be at least a C. And my GPA was 1.9 and it has to be at least 2.0 or higher for rehab to pay for it next semester. So, I don't think they will, so I'll just get a loan or somethin, but everything will work out, so I'm not worried about it =D So, that's all for now. Latah!!!

Today is my mom's b-day. Happy B-Day mom =D We finally got the tree decorated today and April is leavin tomorrow =( Maybe I can go see her during spring break or somethin. Mom finally graduated from Grambling State University. She already had 2 2 year degrees, one in operating room technology and one in nursing. So now she has her BS in nursing. Yayy mom!! *dancies* She's gonna be a nurse practioner. But, I have no more school!!! *dancies* I don't have to go back until January 20th. April is comin in tomorrow, and we're gonna meet her in Jackson. Mom will be gone down to Baton Rouge, for a Mardi Gras party thing, so me and daddy will have to get her. Then, later on that night, me, April, Mary and another girl from school are gonna have a girls night out. So that will be fun. It would be even more fun if I wasn't sick =( But I hope I won't feel too bad. Bye for now!!!

I've got to go back over to Monroe, cuz I couldn't find the sheet that had the problems that Mary and I were supposed to work on. I have to turn them in before Friday so I can get more points in math. Cuz I need all the help I can get in there. So the teacher told me I could fax them to him if I got them in before Friday. So, that's what we're gonna do. I don't want to drive over to Monroe, my knee hurts to soo bad, it's like swollen and stuff. Part of it probably is the arthritis and another part is because I hit it on mom's trailer hitch thingy on the back of the trailblazer. I have to leave at 5:15 or 5:30 cuz she gets off of work at 5:30 and will be at the apartment by 6:30. So, I have to leave here then to be there for 6:30. I just want all this math crap to be over with. Newayz, I'll post more later.

I got to give a big HAPPY B-DAY to April, eventho her b-day was on the 8th. Oops, sorry for the delay, but better late than never, right? =D I can't wait to see you Saturday!!! *passes out* LSU won the SEC Championship against UGA (Georgia) 34-13. Now LSU's record is 12-1. They will either play #2 USC or #1 Oklahoma. But in the BCS, Oklahoma, USC, and LSU all have the same record (12-1), all lost 1 game. And, there's only 2 spots for the Sugar Bowl *crosses fingers. I hope one of those spots will belong to LSU *dancies* Geaux Tigers!! Newayz, I've got to go do some more work for finals, which are next week. Latah!!!

LSU won against Arkansas and won the SEC West Championship!!!!! They won the boot, which is a trophy, thats the shape of Arkansas and Louisiana and its 24 carat gold and weighs like 137 pounds. So, next Saturday for the SEC Championship, we (LSU), will either play, Georgia, Florida, or Tennessee. We won't know until tomorrow night who we'll play. But LSU beat Arkansas 58-24 =D Georgia won against Georgia Tech today and Tennessee won against Kentucky also but right now Florida is being beat by Florida Sate Univ 31-27. Sooo, I'll let you know who we really end up playing which I hope is either Georgia or Tennessee. Since we got beat by Florida last time we played them, which was the only game we lost this season. We're now 11-1. So, I'll update more latah!!! =D

Lsu beat Ole Miss at Oxford 17-14!!!! Yayyy!!! Next Lsu plays Arkansas at Lsu and if they win against Arkansas, they will win the SEC Championship *dancies* I'm sure they won't have any problem winning against ASU *crosses fingers* They play the day after Turkey Day, on Friday. Sooo, I'm gonna have to watch it =D I went to be advised, to get my classes for next semester and I will graduate in the Fall of '04 *dancies* Im sooo excited!!!! Newayz, I'll update latah!!!

I found out yesterday that daddy has diabetes. He's been doing pretty good tho, so far. I think he'll be fine =D Other than that, everything is goin pretty good. Algebra is blah as always, but I hope I'll pass. *Crosses fingers* I have advising this Friday, to register for spring classes. I finished my Academic Seminar class, we only had to go half the semester for that, so I know I made an A in that. Shay told me that Ike was in the hospital in New York =( Soo I'm gonna send him a get well card and hope he reads it =D If not, thats ok too =D It's the thought that counts. =D Newayz, I'll post more latah!! Lsu beat Bama--w00t w00t!! They won 27-3 *dancies* Next week they play Ole Miss at Ole Miss *boos ole miss* They're like WAY big rivals and I hoppeeeee *crosses fingers* that Lsu wins, cuz they need this win bad. After that, they play Arkansas, which should be an easy win. Before playing Bama, Lsu is ranked #3 right now *jumps up and down* This is the highest they've been ranked all season. #2 is USC and #1 of course is Oklahoma (yay!). So, I hope they can pull it off against Ole Miss next week *crosses fingers* Geaux Tigers!!!

I had to do a paper in History for extra pts and the most you could get was 20 and I got 20!! *dancies* I did it on the Salem Witch Trials. Soo, things are goin okies in school, I guess.
